Dr. Mauricio Carota is a highly trained dental specialist in restorative dentistry – prosthodontics. He has more than 30 years of experience in the dental field and has restored dental function to countless patients.
He graduated from dental school in Brazil in 1986, and from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1998. Dr. Carota also completed a three-year residency program in Prosthodontics with the US Air Force at the Wilford Hall MC-Lackland AF base in San Antonio, TX from 2002 – 2005. He proudly served our country for 17 years until he retired as a Lt.
Colonel in 2016.
Dr. Carota is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. He regularly attends a variety of continuing education classes and hands-on training programs, which provide him with the knowledge and experience to address all cases from conventional to complex full mouth rehabilitation. He is committed to excellence in his field of expertise, and enjoys helping patients to achieve optimal dental health, which he knows will improve their life experience.
